@payopavGraduating in Graphic and Communication Design from the University of Leeds, I have developed a profound passion for the arts and a commitment to the importance of contemporary visual practice in society. My early involvement in the arts has honed my visual communication skills and deepened my appreciation for the power of visual expression. I aspire to work in creative industries, directly engaging in cultural practices. I believe media like film, digital design, and fine art are vital societal aspects that bring joy and influence people in ways words cannot. Visual culture's accessibility and its role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive society are principles I strongly advocate.

Studying at the University of Leeds has enriched my understanding of how visual communication interacts with the human condition to influence decisions and convey messages effectively. My coursework has involved exploring various artistic techniques and creative development methods, enhancing my ability to transform ideas and emotions into tangible realities. This experience has strengthened my creative process and confidence in solving challenging conceptual briefs.

Practical studio sessions at university have equipped me with essential software skills, including printing mechanisms and 2D design software like InDesign and Illustrator. These sessions have been instrumental in teaching me web design, branding, graphic art, and product design. Additionally, learning After Effects has enabled me to create animations and 3D motion graphics. Understanding typography standards has refined my ability to justify different typefaces, colours, and images in my projects, helping me craft compelling narratives.
